We know only too well how much of a worry it can be whether your server is running or not, the last thing you want is to be contacted by a customer to tell you that they can't access the machine, then find it has crashed.
If you don't have a good arrangement with your NOC it can be very expensive to correct issues with a crashed machine.
You can prevent that and many other problems for very little by having people with experience involved with your machine. We give every single machine in our care the utmost attention, as if it were our own. To have any of our machines offline is just not acceptable.

• Server/Application Monitoring
  To set up, we access your machine (via ssh), terminate any old processes, do an indepth security check (in accordance with SANS/FBI and CVE vunerabilities), clean up the tmp directory and install process monitoring software which will monitor your running processes, hardware, logs and you will be sent notifications by email and/or sms of any failure.
  Your server is monitored remotely by our own machines in various locations around the world and you will be sent notifications by email and/or sms of any failure lasting 5 minutes.
  All 24/7/365 NZ$5 per month NZ$100 setup

• Fully Managed
  Let our experts manage your server for you, secure and functioning to peak performance every day, leaving you and your staff free to carry on serving your customers in the knowledge that what you sell is always available and secure.
  We will notify you immediately of any software and security updates needed for each individual machine.
  Includes all monitoring services as above only we get the warning and go in immediately to correct issues before they can get out of hand.¹ NZ$49.95 per month NZ$100 setup

• Per incident & Requested
  - Emergency repair of failed services or systems (if still remotely accessible or we can contact your NOC).
  - Software installation, upgrades, configuration.
  - Security checking, configuration, prevention.
  - File system backup services.
  NZ$90 per hour (1/2 hour min) upon completion, you don't pay in the unlikely event of us not being able to resolve the issue.
